The app is a web-based installer that will handle anything to do with the installation of a driver for a printer that is connected to a Mac device at the moment. By USB Connection

  1. Download printer installer package. Open the Samsung ML-1200 Printer Installer folder. Double-click on the .pkg file.

  7. If required, enter the password and select OK. 
  8. Download and installation will commence.
  9. Select Finish and installation is finished.

By Wireless Network Connection

  1. Download printer installer package. Open the Samsung ML-1200 Printer Installer folder. Double-click on the .pkg file.
  2. Open the Mac OS installer. Check on the installation agreements followed with clicking Next.
  3. Open Software License Agreement. Click Continue.
  4. Select “Using a USB cable”. Click Continue.
  5. Connect the printer to the computer via a USB cable. Click Next.
  6. The system will look for an available wireless network. Choose the network you use. Click Next.
  7. Enter the password for the wireless network. Click Next.
  8. The system will connect the printer to the network. 
  9. Set Wi-Fi Direct Feature. Click Next.
  10. The system will look for software required for the installation of ML-1200. Select software and driver to install. Click Next.
  11. If required, enter the password and select OK. 
  12. Download and installation will commence.
  13. Select Finish and installation are finished.

As for how to uninstall the printer driver, you can first go to System Preferences. Find Print and Scan section and delete the printer. Open Finder and select Go. Get into the Folder in the menu bar. Type out /Library/Preferences/Printers. Delete all the files found in the folder.
